Frequently Asked Questions

How does SnapCard identify my cards?

SnapCard uses advanced AI image recognition to analyze your card photos. Our AI identifies the player, set, year, card number, and any special variations like parallels or autographs.

How accurate are the card valuations?

Our valuations are based on real-time market data from major platforms including eBay, Goldin, Heritage, PWCC, and Pristine Auction. While we strive for 99% accuracy, valuations are estimates and actual sale prices may vary.

What sports cards does SnapCard support?

SnapCard supports all major sports including Baseball, Basketball, Football, Soccer, Hockey, Golf, Tennis, Boxing, and Wrestling. We also support trading card games like Pokemon, Magic: The Gathering, and Yu-Gi-Oh!

How does the AI grading analysis work?

Our AI analyzes your card's corners, edges, surface, and centering to estimate a grade on the PSA, Beckett, and SGC scales. This helps you decide which cards are worth submitting for professional grading.

Is my collection data backed up?

Yes, your collection is securely stored and synced to the cloud. You can access your collection from any device by signing in to your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store. Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > SnapCard, then select Cancel Subscription.

What data does SnapCard collect?

SnapCard only collects your Device ID (IDFA) with your explicit consent for personalized content recommendations. Card images are processed temporarily and deleted immediately after analysis - we do not store your images. See our Privacy Policy for details.
